Tons of custom lights for any accent colors available using Philips Hue. Has already been used for several photo and professional production shoots successfully. Looks like a model home and homeowners have significant acting experience and can be hired as extras or leads for commercials or scenes as well at $100/hr.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Todd was a perfect host - very responsive and accommodating! The space worked wonderfully for the interview we shot. It was actually more spacious in person that it appeared in the photos. We would definitely book this space again!
