Lots of lights, perfect for Talk Shows, Product Shoots, Brand communications, low key corporate gatherings. The stairs lead to a Master Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds large enough to sleep 4-6 with large closet, and shower/bathtub. OVERTIME - If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time and 1/2.
PARKING - We can accommodate 2 cars in the garage, 2 cars on the drive way and up to 3 cars on designated visitors parking if available. Please do not park on neighbors driveway, you will be towed!
NO SMOKING anywhere on the property
NOISE - We have zero-tolerance policy with noise complaint. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10PM to 7AM.
DAMAGE - Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - Use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
GARAGE DOOR FOB - On the kitchen countertop. Do not loose the fob. Cost of replacement is $100.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decorations can be moved around but not away from the building, and must be replaced in original position after the event.
Smoke machines are allowed

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
