Photography, video and event space 3.9m clear ceiling height, ground floor drive to access through full height 3.5m wide doors. On site parking available. North light through large windows. Full working kitchen with catering fridge. 63 amp single phase and 32 amp 3 phase power ironing and steaming equipment, polyboards and high studio camera stand perfect for overhead shooting. High speed fibre internet 200Mb download 200Mb upload, WiFi Funktion One PA Elinchrom flash lighting and LED continuous lighting available for additional cost

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Andrew was fantastic. Was able to preview the space while deciding which to go with. All of the team there were really great, had things open early and super clean inside. Would use this space again.

Andrew’s studio was perfect for our handbag shoot. Plenty of space for us to set up our scenes and lay out all the product as well as work from the kitchen. Andrew was so helpful and I will definitely book this studio again!
