I am spending hours disinfecting the space to make sure it’s absolutely clean and perfect, just like the photos.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Beautiful natural light. The venue is 2,700 square feet, not including the 1,000 square foot dual outdoor deck with upgraded patio furniture. The luxury home has four furnished bedrooms, a chefs kitchen with brand new upgraded KitchenAid appliances, plenty of Southern light in the front room that is designed with club chairs, mantle and beautiful artwork. All four bedrooms include Queen beds, furniture, room darkening shades and closet. The Primary Suite includes a large ensuite with shower and jacuzzi. The lower level features a large secondary primary with ensuite. There’s a media room with a 65” Samsung 4K HDTV and the Living Room features another 55” Samsung 4K HDTV. Cable TV and ultra high speed cable internet with 356 mB download speed is included. There are 3.5 bathrooms, enough room for your photo shoot, video shoot, event or meetings. My neighborhood is very quiet, it’s on a non busy street and very nice neighborhood. All appliances are brand new, very quiet home for your event.

The venue is a residential home with a three stall driveway and paved walkway to the front door. There is a step onto the cement front porch and a step into the front door. The front door is 36” wide.

It’s a residential home circuit breaker. Located in the lower level bedroom.

etc, we want you to have the best experience. If
you're looking to use the space for film or TV

details, pricing & availability.
OVERTIME - If you exceed the indicated booking
time, you will be charged the same rate for extra time.
PARKING - There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
DAMAGE - Anyone booking the space is responsible for any damage to our equipment or space.
OTHER RULES -
No smoking inside or outside the property.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am in respect of my quiet neighborhood.
No weapons are permitted on the premises.
No misconduct, including causing a nuisance to other clients, illegal activity, destruction/vandalism.
Food and drink must be limited to areas with hard surfaces, away from carpet.
Music/voices are to kept reasonable levels.
No pets are allowed.
No moving furniture/decorations.
No smoke machines.
No nudity allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
There only exterior recording devices, no interior recording devices at all. There is a Ring doorbell, Ring driveway camera and a Ring spotlight cam on the back deck.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
