Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

About the Space

This contemporary, beautiful renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home (2226 square feet). Features oversize spaces for all occasions. Photo shoot, Podcast, Conference meeting, Commercials, video shoot and more. Just out back a spacious backyard with a privacy fence for outside entertainment or productions. For your convenience there's a two point entrance with no steps makes it easy to unload or load equipment with a private driveway. This space is great for groups of 10-15 individuals for small events and gatherings.

General Rules

* Home is to only be used for what it is requested to be used for * No loud music after 11p.m. * No pets * No smoking on the premises * Outside catering is allowed * No alcohol allowed after 8pm * No photos or videos are to be taken of home address * Guest must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors * All rental include setup and takedown time * Only toilet tissue is allowed to be flushed down toilets / no feminine products * Occupied space must be cleaned and returned back to original state * Moved furniture must be moved back to it original location * Guest must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking * Overtime fee is 1.5x rate * Doors must be locked upon departure

Security cameras and recording devices

This location has two doorbell cameras front and side entrance. Also there's a camera on the front of the house that covers the main street. Also there's a camera on the side of the house that covers the backyard. One inside camera that cover's the back door and can be disconnected if requested by the guest.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
