We do our best to provide a safe and clean space for all visitors.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The FLEUR Studio is basically a 3 car garage size space. It has concrete floors and white, black, and washed wood walls. This space can be great for your next birthday, event, workshop, or even photoshoot. The lighting in here in the afternoon is AMAZING! The sun rays hit the light wooden wall just right. We provide different items for photoshoots such as backdrops (painters tarp, black shine tarp, black linen, white linen), we also have props and backdrop fixture + two lights. For events, we have a communal table and lounge area for seating. We also offer a coffee cart or floral services per event, but your reservation would have to go through our website for that www.fleurstudio.co We have garbage onsite, right outside the garage During the summer all three garage doors can be opened We have AC and heat One farm sink and one-floor sink 1 Restroom
