About the Space

This 2,600 sq. ft multi-disciplinary arts hub on Geary Avenue is a blank canvas for artists & creators, perfect for your next production! The space provides a blank canvas for productions, editorials, installations, workshops,galleries, pop-up stores, special events and each rental includes an extensive list of equipment required for your production or event. The raw, industrial aesthetic pays homage to the now-defunct auto repair shop that operated before us and we have worked hard to preserve and pay respect to Geary Avenues' rich blue-collar heritage. Amenities include: - 17 x 14’ Cyclorama with 6'x6' Ceiling Grid - 16’ ceiling - Bay door access -Three private washrooms - 200A - 3 Phase Power - High-speed internet - Full-service kitchen - Hair and make-up area with daylight balanced LED lights - Standard event A/V & furniture included with each booking Full list of standard equipment included in each booking is listed as Add-On below. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
