About the Space
Tea house, perfect for INTIMATE gatherings such as tea tasting events, great for photo and video shoots, birthday parties and meet-ups. SPACE FITS 10-12 SEATED comfortably and can be arranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs. High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, with cozy, welcoming vibes. Additional charges will depend on the number of attendees (13-18, additional $15). There is space for catering however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. There is a sink, microwave, fridge, convection oven and bathroom available. Booking is for SPACE ONLY, additional food, desserts, tastings/workshops are add ons and available at ADDITIONAL COSTS and upon request. A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival - food/catering set up is up to you. SPACE DOES NOT COME WITH SETUPS (CUPS/NAPKINS/PLATES/SERVEWARE) unless otherwise discussed in advance.There is metered parking available. Our space is available Mon & Tues and some evenings upon request. We REQUIRE A SITE VISIT prior to booking to get a clear understanding of your needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

What a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday at Cuples Tea last month. Jade Flower was a wonderful host both during and leading up to the celebration. The space was beautiful and perfect for my cozy party of 12. Of course the teas and pastries were delicious. It was an entire experience, can't wait to return.

Great experience! Lynette was super helpful and cooperative! We were there to shoot s mucin video and the hospitality was fantastic! New AC was just put in so it was very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Cuples simply does not disappoint. You can tell the owners take pride in their love of tea. Guests loved the beautifully decorated shop and the vast selection of teas to choose from.

Cuples feels like home, with its beautiful decor and organic vibe. Lynnette and Eric were outstanding hosts. Lynnette communicated with me throughout the process and was able to accommodate some last-minute changes with ease. The Tea Education portion was informative and engaging and the guests loved it. There is no such thing as strangers at Cuples.

I hosted my grand mom’s 83rd birthday today. My experience with Lynette was phenomenal from planning until execution. She was timely with answering my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and was available today for assistance. My grandmom LOVED the space. Her tea party was amazing. Thank you sooo much!
