All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

1- 6 Large open cubicle/workstations with good partitions. Meeting room with 6 chairs and conference table as well as a couch for three. Conference room has Internet TV and access to a laptop to cast or cast your own or from your phone. Door can close to make it private but airy with glass windows. Space has a small kitchen with sink, microwave, large frig with water and ice and coffee maker and supplies. Two sitting areas for two people and a long workstation/assembly station or food station area.

General Rules

Space is commercial office with various businesses in the building. There is no smoking inside or outside but there is a separate designated smoking patio area. Space is for professional/business use only. Capacity should not exceed 20 people at any one time. Space can be shared with others or exclusive for time slots approved. Building is equipped with communal bathrooms with one connected to the office space.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Front door has one ring camera. Other offices in the building have ring cameras on the doors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
