Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis and deep cleaned weekly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

A boutique art gallery showcasing international artists with a boho industrial loft attached. An art studio and living space are tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and add warmth to the unique original factory architectural features including giant flared concrete columns throughout. A comfortable space for small groups of ten to twelve people to gather. The loft includes a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows bring in plenty of sunlight and provide a view of the city from the second floor sitting area.

There is metered parking along 200 South. Free street parking along 400 West. Paid parking lot at The Gateway.

General Rules

The space is full of fragile and breakable paintings and objects d'art. No large animals or children. No smoking in the space. There are neighbors in the building. No loud music or excess noise after 10 pm.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras recording the exterior of the building. No cameras inside the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
