About the Space
Our space has a guest house with major architectural flare. We are on the Tampa Bay and the Little Manatee River. Can seeDowntown St Pete from our boat dock and downtown tampa from our Roof Top Deck. Private Sandy beach front 1of 2 in our country and over 33 well lit up palm trees! Has a tropical beachy remote vibe with lots of plants and mangroves. Parking description
Driveway for multiple cars is available. up to 6 other wise have to use the street, please be very kind to our neighbors and their laws. When you get on Canal st, (*ignore the first few homes-rentals) follow the road around til you see the "dead end" sign. We are the driveway just past the dead end sign. Turn right into the driveway and take a immediate left. Follow the drive around past the PV port and Green shed. Park next to the green shed. More than one car, may need to park in street. We will meet you there!

Lighting description
In guest house there are windows on 2 sides. 1 side has sheer curtains, the other side has nothing. Brightest 1-4 pm. At dusk is the darkest We also have 33 outdoor uprights on almost every palm trees. very resort style feeling

It is a very quiet neighborhood, On a rare occasion you may here, birds, lawnmowers, and or music. Normal is just some nature sounds like wind, waves, and birds

Depending on weather, you can use our lower level or our RV port with cement floor.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
have a hired professional for the guest house. the rest of the property is maintained by the owners
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
