About the Space
We invite you to book our roomy wellness studio for your next party, family event, corporate retreat, private workshop, photoshoot, or more! We can even have weddings here! Rent the studio, rent the flex space... or rent the entire floor at a slightly higher rate. Note the weekend pricing discount for 8-hour rentals! Our flex space at $125 an hour is ideal for small gatherings. Both rooms feature relatively high, industrial ceilings and have access to a kitchenette (sink only) and 2 half bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
