About the Space
Our Lake House is perfect for off-sites, meetings, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and any event where a spectacular view and well appointed spaces punctuate your purpose! We offer 2500 sq ft of space, the rear of the house is oriented to viewing the largest part of beautiful Lake Travis and the Texas hill country. Features: - Meticulously decorated living spaces - Several work areas such as a conference table with 8 chairs, kitchen island with 5 barstools - Dimmable lighting - Functional kitchen - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Additional rooms with full-length mirrors - Accordion door retracts to open the house up to over 1200 SF of covered decking - Over 19 built in wifi enabled speakers For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In-house coffee services: $5/head - Flatware to serve 25 guests: $50 - Boat tour of Lake Travis (with captain, when available): $500 There are 4 restrooms. The space was completed renovated in 2019. The result is a modern aesthetic with transitional decor. The Lake House is 20 minutes from downtown Austin, 40 minutes from Circuit of the Americas, and walking distance to a food truck park where guests can enjoy some of Austin's best BBQ and/or breakfast tacos.

Kimberly was very responsive and there was a lot of ease through the whole process. As other reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do the space justice. All the guests were pleased with the venue and fell in love as soon as they walked into the living area. The view of the lake was stunning. We had a marvelous time and I am so glad to have found this venue. The hosts also left me a little gift at the end which I thought was a nice touch. Thanks again Kimberly for sharing your lovely home.
