About the Space
Our Lake House is perfect for off-sites, meetings, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and any event where a spectacular view and well appointed spaces punctuate your purpose! We offer 2500 sq ft of space, the rear of the house is oriented to viewing the largest part of beautiful Lake Travis and the Texas hill country. Features: - Meticulously decorated living spaces - Several work areas such as a conference table with 8 chairs, kitchen island with 5 barstools - Dimmable lighting - Functional kitchen - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Additional rooms with full-length mirrors - Accordion door retracts to open the house up to over 1200 SF of covered decking - Over 19 built in wifi enabled speakers For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In-house coffee services: $2/head - Flatware to serve 25 guests: $50 - Boat tour of Lake Travis (with captain, when available): $500 There are 4 restrooms. The space was completed renovated in 2019. The result is a modern aesthetic with transitional décor. The Lake House is 20 minutes from downtown Austin, 40 minutes from Circuit of the Americas, and walking distance to a food truck park where guests can enjoy some of Austin's best BBQ and/or breakfast tacos.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Wade was an excellent host and the house was stunning! We rented it for a proposal and they were incredibly sweet by leaving a congratulations gift. The views from the patio were gorgeous and the inside was even more so. He was very communicative and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend renting the space.

My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement over this past weekend and this venue is absolutely incredible. The overall aesthetics indoors and the view of the lake outdoors made for a perfect day! The Host is an absolute pleasure to work with!

This is a dream home with a dream view. It is set up beautifully for get togethers. Even the outside , front and back are so welcoming. The owners were very kind and even left a gift for my daughters baby shower. We loved this space and if you are looking for a great place to make great memories....this is it.
