This house would be perfect for events, meetings, and retreats. Filming would be great here too. The backyard feels like a French countryside. The kitchen is modern. This home has been fantastically dialed in regarding the renovations and updates. It’s located on a quiet street just outside of a gated community in the Santa Clarita Valley. Yes, I would book again.

Jenn is amazing! Her home is beautiful and she could not be more accommodating! I rented her home for my son’s surprise 30th birthday party. While she made the entire house available I preferred to keep it mainly outside. Her yard is so lovely and inviting and perfect for a party. The furniture and lighting are so nice and the heaters were sure appreciated. Jenn stayed in constant communication with me and was so very helpful. I highly recommend this property! :)

Yes, I would book again.
