Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Venue is throughly cleaned in between each guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Pool + Hot Tub. Beautiful view of 2 of 3 private tournament waterski lakes. Good for small events (business meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, baby reveal parties, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, engagement parties, baptisms, photo/video shoots and the like. Weekend/Holiday get away upon special request for up to 4 guests. Upon request we can do photo shoots at Lake or on our ski boat. Private Property. Not a public location. High level of privacy.

Parking description

Up to 4 cars can fit in driveway if necessary. Otherwise there is plenty of free street parking. Home is at end of the court.

General Rules

No smoking anywhere on the property. No Pets allowed anywhere on the property. Outside catering and event equipment and supplies are allowed. Alcohol allowed upon request. Regular Hours available between 10am - 7pm PT, other times available upon dpecial request. Upstairs unit available only upon special request.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have Ring placed at our Front Door. Records vehicle's/people driving/walking by, and people coming to the front door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
