This is a stylish, modern house nestled in a quiet, wooded mountain neighborhood. It has a jacuzzi in the backyard and a game room with a pool table, arcade game, and a foosball table. Your spaces First floor: The first floor includes a master bedroom that we've converted into a game room. It has its own full bathroom and two areas: The game area and the living area. The game area has a pool table, Ms. Pacman/Dig-Dug arcade game, foosball table and a children's dartboard (which my grown-up friends and I have also had quite a few good games playing, actually). The living area has a fold-out couch, 38" flat screen with an Amazon Fire stick, coffee table and a washer and drier. There's also a wall heater that keeps the entire floor nice and warm. Second floor: This is the main living area. It includes a living room, dining room and kitchen in one big open-concept area. The living room has a dangerously comfortable couch and armchair (don't lie down when you have things to do; naps are inescapable!), a coffee table, and a 38" flat screen with a Roku stick. The dining room has a bar-height square dining table with four chairs. The kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven, microwave and sink (no garbage disposal or dishwasher). The pantry and drawers come stocked with essentials, such as assorted pots, pans and utensils. It also has a Keurig coffee maker and a wall heater. Third floor: This floor has a half bathroom and two bedrooms. The bigger bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a desk/chair dedicated workspace. It also has a sliding glass door that leads to the third-floor balcony. It's wonderful to wake up to a view of the treetops in the quiet, wooded neighborhood! The other bedroom has two beds: A full-sized platform bed and, underneath that, a twin-sized bed. There's also an armchair and a desk/chair dedicated workspace. It also has a walk-in closet that we've set up so it can make accommodate a guest, if need be. It has it's own light fixture and a cot-sized bed. It was perfect for our kids' friends when they had sleepovers. There's a hallway closet and no heater, since the heat from the lower two floors floats up to the third floor and keeps everything quite warm. Backyard: When you go through the backdoor, you step onto a desk with a propane barbecue and a children's trampoline. Just off the deck is a hot tub and a tree swing. Beyond that is natural landscaping with towering pines and various scrub bushes. The yard is slightly sloped, making a wonderful, private sledding hill when it snows. Front outdoor area: The front area has two balconies, a driveway, and a naturally sloped front yard with wild brush and pines. The driveway can fit at least two vehicles (three if they're all compact cars). There's a dedicated entrance to the master bedroom/game room, and the second-floor balcony is accessible by a short flight of stairs. This is the front door. The third-floor balcony is in the front of the house. It's only accessible through one of the bedrooms.
