Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We mop the floors, disinfect props (yoga blocks), and run the air filters on high in between classes and rentals in the studios.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Studio 1 - Our large studio is bright and airy. Located at the back corner of the building, five large windows along two external walls allow magnificent light to fill the space, which features hardwood floors, white walls, and high ceilings. Studio 2 - Our small studio is cozy and welcoming. Light from one external wall window is balanced by soft light from the high windows between studios 1 and 2. The studio also features hardwood floors, a grey accent wall, and high ceilings.

Parking description

Limited availability street parking on Centre Street and Seaverns Avenue - 0-1 minute walk. City of Boston Municipal Lot #06, Burroughs Pl, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 - 2-3 minute walk.

General Rules

- Comply with current CDC, Massachusetts State, and Boston City Covid-19 guidelines and mandates, including wearing face masks while in the building. - No smoking in the building.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Lobby security cameras (video) to face front door and desk. Camera one - in front of dark blue "YOGA" wall, facing front door and front desk. Camera two - on the ledge of the wall cut out over the merchandise wall, facing front desk and lobby lounge area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
