This 45k sq ft (interior size) warehouse is ideal for movies, TV, videos and photo shoots. 3 stories, with lots of parking (a 24 hour parking lot across the street). Freight elevator, 4 bathrooms and a smaller green room for hair and makeup. The space was large but it wasn't nearly as tidy as the photos show. The electricity didn't work for a majority of the day and there was trash and construction equipment everywhere. The space is massive and the 2nd floor is very photogenic.
