This home has an open layout. The house and backyard were recently remodeled and the entire house has been used for commercials and advertisements in the past. The kitchen is candy for the eye and would host a beautiful cooking piece. Great vibe, intimacy, and warmth. Fireplace in great room to warm the soul. Exterior features an oversized spa with waterfall, pergola, lounge sofa and chairs, beautiful glass rock fire pit, and dining table. Large front yard for catering set up, walking distance to nearby park. Friendly, quiet neighborhood and great immediate neighbors.

No smoking in the building.
Catering is allowed and host can provide as needed.
We ask that you enjoy our home but treat it like your own. Please leave everything exactly the way you found it.
Set up and clean up times are included in the rental hours.
Music must remain at a moderate level; please mind our neighbors.

* Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels and hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
* Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances
* Remove garbage and add new lining to cans
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
