About the Space
This sun-filled, modern home is the perfect space for your production needs. Our space has high ceilings, modern design, streaming light. Get some fresh air on the entertainment-sized covered outdoor deck with fireplace. We welcome photoshoots, film/video shoots, photography, and more. The open, 1200 sq ft main floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with fume hood and oven, an automatic espresso maker, and all the other typical appliances such as refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace and couches and ottomans that can be rearranged as needed. The driveway and garage may be used as needed for staging.

I cannot begin to describe the experience but will try. First, Loree was so informative and receptive. She was timely and responsive. Second, we were traveling from Texas for the event and her understanding of our situation (having to have blind trust) was simply mind blowing. The space was exactly as photographed on the website/app. The instructions for the lighting, fire place, sound system, etc were spot on and easy to follow. The neighborhood is wonderful and this home is full of natural light and perfect community space. We would use it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly, empathetic, professional service and a truly beautiful home/space for an event. Thanks, Loree!!

This space was great for our baby shower! It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Roomy, with lots of places to stand or sit and talk. The patio was especially nice on a cooler afternoon with the fire on. Would def rent this space again!

Beautiful home with great amenities to support an event. Hosted a baby shower and had a great experience. Loree and her partner were quick to respond for any pre/post event communications and easy to work with.
