About the Space

We offer a large flexible multi-use studio space that includes a lobby and green room/community space. We have over 1400 sqft available for bookings of all kinds. Music video shoots, photo shoots, band rehearsals, dance classes, live concert recordings, live performances - theatre and music, church services, corporate meetings, workshops, and so much more! We have a floating dance floor with marley flooring as well as portable ballet bars that can be moved throughout the space. Curtains line the walls and can be closed to offer a "black box theater" feel. The space is very intimate and can fit up to 50 audience guests if needed, based on the size of performance area required. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We had a fantastic experience with this studio! They were responsive and friendly. We had no problems from the set up to break down of my sister-in-law's wedding afterparty.

Got to meet Heather as we were setting up and she was so sweet. The space was wonderful and perfect for our photoshoot. We planned on using strobes but we couldn't resist using the natural light the space provided. Lots of room to have wardrobe laid out and a space for hair and makeup touch ups. Loved using this studio
