1950s character home with original wood paneling and trim, a mix of unique wood, metal, and rope detailing, and vintage items scattered throughout (vinyl record player, crank phonograph, rockers, typewriter, crates, etc.) located centrally and surrounded by an eclectic mix of historical parks (Niagara Gorge, Whirlpool, Parkway, Botanical Gardens, etc.), buildings/shops/restaurants (Downtown Entertainment and Arts area) and the majestic Falls! The space includes kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, backyard with firepit and vintage warm lighting throughout. We have successfully hosted local film production and photoshoots.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
