There is parking on the street if available. There is also a parking garage next to subway where you can pay for parking. $1 an hour.

General Rules: TIME: You may arrive in the parking lot 10 min before your booking start time, however you must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building. Your booking time includes: Setting up, breaking down and cleaning up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in over time fees so please keep track of the time. We will not extend your booking if you are late. We schedule a 30 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next guests. TIME EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime ASAP so we can determine if your booking can be extended. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person, per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire, smoking , vaping or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our studios or building. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved All furniture can be moved, just move it back please. No smoke machines allowed No nudity allowed Security cameras and recording devices
