COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We space out bookings to allow ourselves time to disinfect high touch surfaces and shared amenities such as light switches, door knobs and vending machines with EPA-approved products. We provide a supply of disinfecting wipes, disposable gloves and disposable masks for guests

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Production and Recording Studio is a renovated broadcast network facility. We offer access to a 6900 square foot work space with three recording studios, two podcast rooms, a 500 square foot photography suite, an editing room, a 36x10 ft cyclorama (White Wall) and 16x12 green screen. We have industrial-style spaces available for booking.

Parking is located in the lot behind the Masonic Temple. The entrance to the parking lot is accessed through the alley on the side of the building on Second Street.

General Rules

-Please refrain from touching any art located within the space -Outside catering is allowed -Fog machines are allowed -Clients must work in the predetermined chosen spaces in the facility -No Smoking -No Weapons Allowed (Metal Detectors on location)

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The Masonic Temple has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and entrances to the facility.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
