Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

As a Neonatal and Pediatric Nurse and with having a toddler, cleanliness is quite frankly next to Godliness in our space. Only using cleaning products with broad coverage against most strains of bacteria and viruses, great care is taken in the cleaning process for those who enter as well as for my family that actually inhabits our space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Hand Sanitizer

Filming of content, and videography or photography to suit your needs work well in this elegant, upscale, yet warm and welcoming space. Unique as it veers away from the common “open concept”, you are greeted with a cozy fireplace upon entrance in the living area, and then step into an office space with a one of a kind emerald crocodile print desk with gold accent. Continuing into the depth of the main level, a large hanging globe chandelier, presents as a perfect illumination for a bold black wainscoting accent wall. You also receive a refreshing tease of the outdoors, as tall and beautiful tropical plants, provide a delightful contrast in that space. There are 2 parking spots on the adjacent street, at the end of my row of townhomes. There Is also a parking lot to the rear of my unit.

General Rules

No smoking in the interior premises of the home or the balcony. Masks are required to be work at all times while within the home. Shoe coverings required at all times upon entry into the home.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a Nest Doorbell at the front door. This device stays on at all times for security reasons.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
