Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
My professional cleaner comes in after every booking to clean!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

General Rules
• Do not enter, check in/out at the apartment leasing office, we’re an
independent company and are not associated with the building management
• Locals must communicate with us before booking
• You agree to know and agree to follow fees:
o Smoking violation: $200 per day (no smocking of any kind or illegal
substances)
o Late check out violation: $50 per hour
o Missing or broken Key, Parking Pass, Key Fob: $100 per item
• You won’t have any weapons on the property
• A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund and if any of the following rules leads to having to discount/ refund the next guest you are responsible for the resulting cost
• You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur. You now waive your right to a trial if we sue you and if we sue you and it has to go to trial for any reason you agree to pay all court cost.
• No visitors not listed in or on the property at any point in time without my
knowledge and acceptance

Security cameras and recording devices
There is only one camera for this unit and it is located right outside the unit face toward the garage. There are no cameras inside the unit.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
