About the Space

We provide full service for you to focus only on the creative part of your project! All Profoto light equipment is included in price! (Please see the detailed list of equipment below). During sunny days a huge floor to ceiling south facing window floods the room with a sunlight! The studio has a private bathroom and pantry with a coffeemaker and fridge for a comfortable and private experience. The design of the space is clean-cut and minimalist, with hardwood floors, ultra high ceilings, contemporary designer furniture and all necessary equipment to accommodate any type of production. You can use all the equipment, backdrops and furniture in the studio. We have about 32 different color seamless paper backdrops and can provide any colors upon request. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$12 per seamless pull/color. (If you use it all the way under your feet where you step on it.) (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons section.) The space can effortlessly accommodate group of 15 people. However, every extra person will be additional charge and can be added during your booking at the add-ons section. The footage will be used for dispute resolution only.

- No smoking! (In case you smoke in the studio we will charge you 2 hours overtime!) - Please allow yourself time to clean up or we will charge you overtime or $50 cleaning fee. - Using Oil, artificial snow or any props that require extra cleaning (if you leave marks on furniture, equipment or walls), confetti and/or glitter bombs are subject to overtime or $50 cleaning fee - Using incense is subject to overtime or $50 fee - Freight Elevator is available only upon advance request. - You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. - Furniture and decorations may be moved. - All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. - $15 per seamless pull/color. (1 pull is 6 feet on the floor). (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons sections.) - We can source any color from the Savage line for $15/pull or $109 for the entire roll. - Every extra person above 10 is $20 per person (Max 15). (Can be added during your booking at the add-ons sections.) - Please be respectful to the next guests after you. 15 mins overtime means additional 1 hour extension. - No loud music.
