All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

If you're looking for an intimate boutique experience-- this is it! We've been successfully hosting business meetings, lectures, parties and smaller movie showings for over 15 years. Our art gallery & healing art room is available for professional events. This is very unique artsy elegant couture space. Beautiful art always around. Contact us about hosting your next meeting, workshop, or organizational get-together in our inspiring space. Events can be held anytime during the week at an hourly rate and we have several tables and chairs available. Full kitchen(stove) and two bathrooms allow for event flexibility. Host provided Alcohol allowed only as guest hospitality/not for sale--Unless you acquire an alcohol license from the city. Cleaning deposit of $250 due at booking directly to host -- refundable based on space left as found. No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed
