If you are looking for an exquisite New York Loft to host your next event... You have found it! We are Located one block from the Empire State Building, central to everything, our 3030 sq ft private space will definitely impress your guests. Take the elevator up to the 11th floor and step into a carefully curated lighting design showroom that displays an array of Elk Lighting Chandeliers and home decor goods. We have everything you would need to host your next dinner party, film project, corporate event or cocktail party. With a fully stocked kitchen including hot plates, serving platters, champagne glasses and cookware. There are numerous seating areas with plush couches to relax on while entertaining. We also have a private dinging area that can also be used as a conference room with a large flat screen TV. We also offer this space as a work space complete with desks, computer screens, printer and fast wifi. We have two bathrooms and one shower & a private cloak room/ relaxation area. Please let me know if you have any particular request and we will happily do our best to accommodate you.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
