Stages, door knobs and restrooms are cleaned regularly. We fallow and enforce all Production's Guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

2,000 sq. ft. Roll-up door (South Facing Window Available/included) Stage B, our medium stage is a 40x50 ft. canvas ready for all types of production. Boasting a 30x30 ft. two wall white cove CYC 20 ft. high, Stage B is our most popular choice for product, fashion and editorial automotive shoots. Stage B is adjacent to STAGE A and shares a 20' folding wall with STAGE C. Pre-lit, On-camera black, Green Screen, 30' light-bank, G & E, Pre-paint pure white floor available at additional charge.

Lighting description

We have a bolt-on window (see photo) for our 14' x 14' garage door. Window is on the south side of the stage (see blueprint).

Sample: ● Work and play well with other productions on the premises. ● Leave the premises, as they were when you arrived. ● Report any problems or damage to the studio management immediately. ● WORK SAFE - Do NOT touch any equipment marked “Authorized personnel only” Reduce your financial liability by calling the staff contact before touching anything you have questions about. ● Limit people to only the production needs. ● To avoid additional charges, DO NOT venture into other studios, outdoor sets, storage areas, or touch other equipment without authorization.

Security cameras and recording devices

Campus is equipped with security cameras and on site staff that lives in the house on the property for 24 hr. security.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
