About the Space

Fun getaway experience for all at this stylish home! A beautiful pool, covered patio with dining space, fire pit & smart TVs in every room. 15 minutes to hobby airport & less than 5 minutes from shopping center. Garage is now a game room with ping pong table & a foosball table! Primary bedroom has a direct door to backyard & luxury bathroom. Beautiful open kitchen has gas stove, & cooking essentials. Modernly decorated setup for photos, work or relaxing. Pool is NOT heated. Able to host different activities such as: cooking parties, pool party, bridal shower, date night, photoshoot, wine tasting, mixology, business meetings, swimming lessons.

General Rules

be respectful of neighbors, no loud music outside after 10pm weekdays and 11pm Friday and Saturday. Cameras present on outside of property in backyard and front yard, please do not touch cameras or hinder view in any way or immediate forfeiture of stay at house. No smoking inside the house. No pets inside! Outside only and must pick up after pets Outside catering is allowed No rough play inside home or outside in yard/pool.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Yes can be removed, however need to be replaced exactly as found prior to leaving and responsible for if damaged

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Professional cleaners disinfect and sanitize all areas, sheets are washed in hot water with bleach. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided for stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
