There is a large free parking lot right outside the door, minimal walking to the main entry door.
General Rules
Hours of use are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, no holidays or weekends.
Quiet office use only, no loud music or video playing.
No Smoking and No Alcohol in building.
Clean up after yourself.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
4 cameras that record audio and video. They cover the main parts of the office but are not inside the private office space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Desk and high touch surfaces are wiped down between guests.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
