A beautiful all white lofted space with towering 20ft ceilings, open windows + organic modern furniture and decor. spaceone. Parking description

Parking is free. We recommend carpooling and taking uber/lyft as we are limited to 18 parking passes. There is parking at our complex (The Skylark) on the main road as you turn in, if parking is available you may park anywhere on that street without a parking pass. The parking lots require a virtual parking pass to park , you can park anywhere except reserved spots. You will have to register your license plate number with us by sending it to [email protected] The parking passes will last for the duration of the booking only. If you need additional time, please contact us and let us know halfway through your event so that your pass may be extended. If clients and/or guests do not follow directions without a parking pass, your car is liable to be booted. Boots are $75/ day at the owners expense.

Lighting description

- Big stacked windows - The natural lighting can be controlled by opening, closing or lifting the blinds. - The times of day that are the brightest are 3:30-6:30pm (spring)

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

- you can hear neighbors (but you won't because the neighbors are quiet) - no busy street - if the a/c or any appliance is on you will hear it

Equipment loading description

- there isn't a loading zone but we have a gate that has a ramp where you can roll production equipment into the building - loading trucks need to be parked

Staging area is available

The upstairs area until spacetwo and the dressing room are both complete.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The rooms that are off limits are closed and locked. The upstairs closed room and the downstairs closed room until the dressing area is complete.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

- You are required to wear a mask if you are not apart of the talent being shot or filmed - Do not go into kitchen cabinets or refrigerator (they are real and contain private property) - Do not go through bathroom cabinets, everything you need is visible on the bathroom cart. - Clean up after your booking. This includes furniture, floors, walls, windows, bathroom, kitchen area, etc. or anything that you use. We have an all white space please be mindful. - If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the repairs. Failing to do so may result in an invoice containing a separate cleaning or repairs fee. - No smoking in the building or on the property. - Food is allowed in the kitchen and dressing room. - No alcohol allowed unless for the production.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have a cleaner come between each booking to make sure the space is cleaned and disenfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Diamond was extremely accommodating and inviting! The space is beautiful on it’s own but her welcoming presence made the experience even better! I will be recommending SpaceOne to EVERYBODY! And I will most definitely be back to shoot more ads and photoshoots in this space! I cannot wait!
