Free street parking is available on Lake Street right outside the front door. Gated parking lot is available next door, to the east of the building.

PARKING Access to a large gated parking lot is available on weekends and on weekdays after 4 pm. SECURITY Large parties or parties that go past dark may require an hourly security charge. Please reach out so we can discuss security needs. OVERTIME FEE Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at the stated hourly rate. All guests and hosts must completely vacate the space by the end time of the booking reservation. Setup and breakdown time must be included in your original booking or we will charge an additional fee after your event concludes. OVER CAPACITY FEE We will charge an additional fee after your event concludes if your capacity exceeds the the number of guests you have paid for. EVENT INSURANCE We require a signed waiver and COI (certificate of insurance) for the event day. We must receive both documents a week before your event, or we will cancel your booking. We will email you the waiver and provide options for you to procure the COI. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests must leave the space tidy and in the same condition they found it. We apply a flat cleaning fee to all bookings. We require prior approval for hanging or attaching anything to walls or bringing in outside furniture. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, or any other interior element will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Large parties may require a $500 deposit, depending on the nature of your event. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. DECOR We will provide floorplan layouts for you to choose between, and we will set up the space, but all furniture and decor must stay in the space. Silverware, plates, and glassware is available upon request, but guests are responsible for setting their own tables. Please do not move any furniture or tables without our assistance. TABLE RENTALS Bookings are for the space only. You can rent four large tables and chairs that seat 32 people for an extra fee and use them inside or outside. Please allow us to move tables for you. CHILDREN'S PARTIES While we allow well-supervised kids, this space is unsuitable for large children's parties. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, or any other interior element will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MUSIC DJs, bands, and live music are allowed inside and outside. Sonos speakers are available for Bluetooth surround sound. SALES The sale of any alcohol is strictly forbidden in this space. This space is for private events only. MISCELLANEOUS We allow smoking in the courtyard but not in the building. No weapons are allowed. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED.
