About the Space
**** Base pricing for events that occur through the end of April is $85/hr **** Base pricing for any event in May and after is $100/hr **** We add $25/hr for groups larger than 32 people "A hidden gem!" is what people say when they visit our space. Our studio is an 1800 sqft open loft with a full kitchen, bathroom, 13-ft ceilings, and access to an urban garden adjacent to the studio. The unique space includes glass block, natural light, exposed ceilings, and hardwood floors. Built as a factory in 1898, the building and its location under the L tracks is quintessential Chicago with a speakeasy vibe. We have hosted private parties, catered brunches, garden parties, chef-prepared dinners, product launches, pop-ups, paint-and-sips, video and photo shoots, and gallery exhibitions. Tara was amazingly accommodating every step of the way in the planning process, from setting up visits before the event to answering 100+ questions; they even helped us out with all the dinnerware for the event. On the day of the event, everything was set up for us when we got there and they even helped us with setting up decor. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our event.
