Huge space available in the popular Grove entertainment district. Full tended bar on site. Massive 20-foot video wall. Large stage. High ceilings. Garage door for loading and unloading equipment. Can hold up to 800 people. Perfect for events, concerts, conferences, virtual events, presentations, workout and yoga events, photo shoot, TED Talks, music video recording, interviews, etc.

General Rules
No smoking allowed inside. But we do have a huge outdoor patio in the back where smoking is allowed. Fog machines only with permission in advance.

For the safety of our guests, we do have security cameras in all the public areas of the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected between uses.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
