Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our space has professional cleaners that deep clean weekly in addition to cleaning of high touch surfaces in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to Werkspace Palm Desert! Our modern co-working space is staged perfectly for intimate workshops, classes and 1:1 group learning. With an aesthetically pleasing furnished space your workshop is ready for guests to learn from an expert. Our space comfortably fits 12-15 attendees with additional lounge seating for 7 people. Your rental includes high speed internet, smart tv for presenting, kitchen access and storage, speaker system, restrooms, and so much more. If you are looking for additional space we also have our photo studio that can be added on to your rental for extra space to enhance your customer experience!

General Rules

General Rules No smoking is allowed in the building. Outside catering and alcohol is allowed. No pinning, taping, staples to walls or floor that would cause any trace or damage. The studio is pet friendly however YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for leaving the space as you found it. We understand that accidents happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT! The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. We also do not tolerate pornographic content.

Security cameras and recording devices

Our space is monitored 24/7 with alarm system and security cameras to ensure our guests safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
