About the Space

We are happy to work with you to make whatever project you're working on a success! This space can be utilized for photoshoots, film shoots, skits, music videos, podcasts, advertising campaigns, meetings, model fittings, etc. This is a two-story 2,000 sqft penthouse; areas open for rental are the spacious first-floor living room, kitchen, dining space, and upstairs lounge area. If interested in bedrooms, that can be discussed via message. UNIQUE FEATURES - Tall ceilings - Lots of windows (polarized) and natural lighting - Modern interior design/countertops and floors - White walls perfect for photoshoots and product shots - Second-floor entrance to loft space - Speakers and television can be used - All appliances in the kitchen can be used - Central A/C unit and heater available - Elevator access for smooth equipment loading - Lighting equipment available upon request (extra rental fees)

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
