Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

We had a good time for my daughter's party and they was patient with me. My daughter enjoy her 21st. They always respond back on time

First and foremost, Shelbi and Doc were very responsive to messages and accommodating to our requests and needs. My client had some issues with the space because there was a setup for an event the following day that we were not made aware of (multiple tables/chairs setup for an outdoor party the next day) that obstructed some shooting locations we wanted to use. That being said, we were able to shoot around it however it is unfortunate this was not mentioned to us prior to booking. Luckily the property is very large so we were able to find other spots to shoot at on the property for our film shoot. Would still recommend for future usage and overall everything worked out great and thank you again.
