Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All common contact surfaces and amenities are cleaned, disinfected, and wiped before and after each booking. Safe, approved disinfecting sprays are also regularly utilized to mitigate spread of germs.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

This is a recently renovated and spacious 1046 sq ft loft studio with an outstanding view of the Manhattan skyline. The freight elevator onsite is available 24/7 as long as prior notice is given. Multiple colored seamless paper is available. We have tech green (green screen), black, super-white, grey, blue, red and yellow currently available as well as a painted white wall. We also allow for clients to supply their own colors to our wall-mounted system (9 ft). Parking description

Free street parking is available on Clermont Ave, Vanderbilt Ave, Clinton Ave and the surrounding area.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. No touching or removing artwork from the walls or floor positions without approval from studio manager. No rearranging furniture or fixtures without approval studio manager.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Building 77 is equipped with a CCTV camera surveillance system and there is a camera facing out from the studio entrance, however, the studio itself is free of internal surveillance for client privacy.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
