We have a cleaning team working after 30mins of every check out
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This place has high ceiling, a beautiful big backyard with the pool and nice dining set up area in the backyard. Great for all activities! This place is walking distance to the mile square park, mile square golf course, lake, etc. It is a very safety neighborhood. Only 20 mins to Disneyland/Knotsberry farm, 15 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the Little Saigon area. Great locations where many good restaurants nearby. This place has a pool and outdoor set up for guest to enjoy. RV parking space available. This home has all of the amentities that you need and a wonderful place to stay with a great location!

There are 3 cars parking slots on the drive way, 2 parking slots in the garage, and up to 2 parking slots of sedans or 1 UV on the side gate, up to 2 cars on the street.
General Rules
CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT: Please understand this space is primarily used for business, so please chech out on time otherwise we would have to charge you an additional cost of my entire next booking payout, depending on how long the following booking is, could be from $545 - $3000.
PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS We do not allow pets, it'll be a charge of $250/day
KEYS/PARKING PASS If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $50 for new key fee for the next guests
PARTIES The city/neighborhood enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000 without host's permission.
