All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Sprawling home features a perfect blend of nature and luxury. Two Bay windows overlook the Duneland Forest where deer, fox, and turkeys frequent. Capture your best cooking show in the fully stocked brand new open concept kitchen. Solid marble dining table. You are welcome to work out in the home gym, pack the paddle boards onto the golf cart and spend part of the day at the lake. Choose from Marquette Park pavilion, a lifeguarded beach or our private beach entrance on Rush street or Indiana Dunes National Lakeshores West Beach. All within a few minutes of the home. Come back to the brand new 7 person jacuzzi or continue presentation reviews in your home theater downstairs on the massive 82" TV. The smart TV is also set up for you to sign in to your Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts. We are located just 5 minutes from downtown Millers Lake street shops and great food or within walking or golf cart distance to Millers legendary Flamingo Pizza of Miller and Beachside Cafes fine dining. If you're feeling adventurous, we are only a 30 minute drive to Lighthouse outlet mall in Michigan City or a 45 minute train ride to Chicago. General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
