Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We work with a professional cleaning company that cleans and disinfects the entire house before each guest/group checks into our properties and we make sure to do a validity check before each checking to ensure the property is perfect for our guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This space is perfect for anyone looking to have a gathering with friends and family, hosting podcast shows, interviews, gender reveals, and anything else you'll have the space for. The house has 4 beds and 2 baths. One out of the 4 beds has a twin bed because of the space in the room. The kitchen & living area are the best places to have any sort of recordings, photo shoots, gatherings, & podcasting, etc.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a ring flood light camera in front of the house. The lights are motion censored and will alert you when there's motion "You are being recorded" There are no cameras or listening devices in any area of the house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
