About the Space

Welcome to our creative space! Our 2,200 sq ft space is located near Monument Square in Leominster, MA. Our owner is an Interior Designer & Set Stylist with 15 years experience and we would love to work with you to utilize our Wardrobe & Jewelry Collection, Prop Shop, and Furniture Warehouse to help you customize your film or photo shoot! Our Space has been previously rented for Music Videos, Documentary Films, Short Films, Boudoir Photography, Influencer Shoots, Portrait Photography and High Fashion Shoots. Come be inspired and create the perfect moment! Features: -The Boho Space: a fully decorated space available for photography shoots decorated in a modern bohemian style. Can be customized for an additional fee. -The Rose Room: a fully decorated black and white space furnished with two green velvet sofas and vintage gold accessories. Can be customized for an additional fee. -The Blank Space: a large white space with white seamless available for photography and film. Drape Rods on walls for hanging Backdrop Drapes and Fabric. Can be decorated by guest or custom decorated by our for an additional fee. -Rotating Monthly Bonus Set: There's a new and creative mini set to shoot on each month! -Private Changing Room with full length mirror and vanity table. -Wardrobe & Jewelry: Full size range XS-5X of curated fun pieces, Hats, Jewelry and SO MUCH MORE! Can be used at no additional charge! -Appliances include Mini fridge stocked with bottled water, Microwave, and Coffee Maker all available for use -Restroom located in the space. -Dedicated Drive Up Loading Dock and Loading Space with wide space for loading/unloading. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

There are windows in every space but only the Blank Space get direct natural sunlight. The Botanic Room get excellent light in the morning hours. The other two sets are on the side of the building without direct light. The Blank Space gets the most natural light in late afternoon. We have blacked out the windows for previous shoots using blackout drapes or black panels over the windows.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

When you are in the space without music on you can hear ambient street noise of traffic passing by and sometimes the noise of upstairs neighbors coming and going. The quietest times are during the daytime on weekdays.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading dock directly connected to the building with a large loading door. Loading in and out is very easy and convenient.

Staging area is available

There is a room throughout the space to set up staging and equipment and also a separate private room across from the bathroom for cast and crew to hang out in away from the shoot. There is also outdoor seating on the patio.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

We prefer clients keep to the sets or outdoor area for shooting and would request that no shooting take place in the prop area or furniture storage space without prior permission.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The space was formerly a machine shop so we are able to handle a lot of lighting plugged in to the outlets.

Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot 25 feet from the building. Food and drinks are allowed in the space but please take out everything that you bring in with you. Please take great care of our space. Unless worked out beforehand, No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

A staff member will be on set to help move/remove/add furniture or decor to the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space and all used props are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Furniture is steam sprayed with disinfectant and steam cleaned once monthly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
