About the Space
State of the art music recording a studio with two suites. A Room suite is the larger of the two suites and accommodates 3-6 people comfortably. Space is perfect for seasoned studio vets and engineers working on larger sessions and major projects. The B Room is our more intimate suite perfect for “first timers”looking to get there first experience at recording in a professional recording studio. B-room suite holds 3-4 persons comfortably. Over all facility has a cool, hip , Art Deco ambiance.

General Rules
In order to have a positive experience at our studios, there are some rules you should follow:
⁃Arrival: Please be on time for your session. Time will not be pushed back in the event the client is late. Extra time must be paid for.
⁃Guest Limit: Each room has a maximum amount of people allowed. The A Room holds a maximum of 5 people (including the artist) and the B Room holds a maximum of 4 people (including the artist). Extra people will not be allowed inside the facility.
⁃Smoking: Please refrain from smoking any TOBACCO products (cigarettes, black & milds, etc.) inside our studios. Anything else, feel free to ask.
⁃Food/Drink: NO food or drink allowed on top of the desks or near electrical equipment. Treat gear as if it is your own.
⁃Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation must occur, it must be done with 24 hour notice prior to the time of your session. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, studio will keep the deposit and client must book new session.
Ages 18+
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras on the outside and interior of the property. Cameras are fully functioning and running 24hrs surveillance for security of the facility. There are no cameras in the bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Daily cleaning.
Around the clock cleaning between every session.
Engineers practice Covid -19 safety guidelines and procedures during each session.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
The space has informational signage including:
