About the Space
Welcome to Derive Experience: your destination for a luxury personalized venue. We offer both this space and a next-door Airbnb that can be rented separately if you need an overnight stay. These two spaces will give you two different moods if you are looking for variety for groups, or photo sessions. Derive Experience, presents an intimate full-service event rental for the celebrations and times you need to relax and enjoy. We cater to wedding, and the special moments that you want to capture and not drive yourself crazy with all the prep work. Our clients enjoy a 5-star experience collaborating with both our creative team and operations to ensure a seamless event. We can collaborate for custom pieces and favors for any event. The space is a unique open concept row house filled with vintage flair and unique finds with modern updates and an amazing kitchen. The kitchen connects to a beautiful deck with a pergola. Behind the house is an industrial warehouse that is used for album covers and photoshoots regularly. Location is on the same street as Penn Brewery, and Heinz Factory is a quick walk. Additional rentals that can be added include: Themed photo props, personalized favors, luxury mirror signage, party supplies, a farmhouse table seating, candelabras, chandeliers, mismatched chairs, a pergola, drapes, benches, table settings, flatware, glassware, stainless silverware, sterling silverware, punch bowl, and vintage rentals.

It was the perfect place for my daughters baby shower. Ellie was amazing and very responsive. She did an outstanding job incorporating the shower theme with her beautiful space. The flower bar for our guests was absolutely gorgeous, as was the chartreuse board. The Momosa bar was a big hit as well. All the details were spot on for what we envisioned for her shower. Ellie did an amazing job. Will definitely work with her again.
