Derive Home, presents an intimate full-service event rental for the celebrations and times you need to relax and enjoy. We cater to wedding, and the special moments that you want to capture and not drive yourself crazy with all the prep work. Our clients enjoy a 5-star experience collaborating with both our creative team and operations to ensure a seamless event. We can collaborate for custom pieces and favors for any event. The space is a unique open concept row house filled with vintage flair and unique finds with modern updates and an amazing kitchen. The kitchen connects to a beautiful deck with a pergola. Behind the house is an industrial warehouse that is used for album covers and photoshoots regularly. Location is on the same street as Penn Brewery, and Heinz Factory is a quick walk.
