Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are very passionate about our guests having a great experience. We have sanitized all high touch surfaces, and mop before and after each booking. Our kitchen will be spotless, and we just ask that you wash what you use and put it in the drying rack before you leave. All of our staff wear masks diligently, and we ask that you do as well when in the same space as folks unless they are a subject.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

This Photo Studio offers a simple photo studio with lots of natural North Facing light from the windows, and blackout curtains. The kitchenette is included with free coffee. We have lots of cameras, continuous lights, and strobes available for rent. Unfortunately, due to the street noise, sound recording is not ideal. We use the back end of this space as office space, so we use the same door for in and out, however, we can lock of the space for private use entirely on the weekends.
