About the Space

This space is a hybrid meeting space equipped with all the amenities. There is a main meeting space that can double as a gallery/small event space .There are then multiple desk space available for easy work/study time. We have a kitchen space equipped with commercial grade sinks for meal prep. There is a back lounge room that leads to a balcony that has great downtown and Hoan Bridge views. We have 3 Flat Smart TV's located in each main area . They have apple play for easy use of them as monitors. We have high speed internet and printer available as well. Located in an area that host Milwaukee's top rated restaurants.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
